The new star in Congress is quite fake

Congressional staffers in a Capitol Hill office building encountered a new and outsized attraction in an institution increasingly known for them. Known as Marty, it arrived via a loading dock.
Marty quickly shed the moving blanket he'd worn into the building, to reveal a head-turning frame: muscular, over 6-feet tall and hirsute.
Marty is a moose. The stuffed animal is now the main attraction, of sorts, for a celebration of New Hampshire alongside maple syrup and the state's entrepreneurial spirit.
Marty was escorted to his new digs via half a dozen aides to New Hampshire's Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, as they alternately guided him by his hind legs and his head; his pretty fake-looking sewn antlers were removed for the journey.
Marty's arrival, flanked by aides, prompted onlookers to smile and snap photos as his bulky frame passed.
The aides rolled him into Shaheen's office in Hart Senate office building where he was planted in a prominent spot near staffers' desks.
Of course, no one could really get this close to one of the Granite State's 3,300 or so living moose; adult males can weigh up to 1,600 pounds and moose are known to stomp and charge when they feel threatened..
Marty isn't alone as an attraction in the Experience New Hampshire event put on by Shaheen and fellow New Hampshire lawmakers. He's been joined by Kodak the bear.
