Sen. Lindsey Graham says he isn't 'worried about impeaching' Biden right now and questions if a 'smoking gun' even exists
- Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham isn't concerned with the Biden impeachment inquiry.

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham isn't too worried about President Joe Biden's impeachment inquiry.
While the senator has been a vocal critic of the Biden administration, he seemed dismissive of the impeachment inquiry House Republicans voted in favor of last week.
"You know, I haven't really been paying that much attention to it. They have to prove that President Biden somehow financially benefited from the business enterprises of Hunter Biden. We'll see," Graham said Sunday on "Meet the Press" on NBC News. "If there were a smoking gun, I think we'd be talking about it."
As the GOP moves forward with the inquiry, some have expressed concern about the lack of evidence implicating the president in the business dealings of his son, Hunter Biden, who was recently indicted on tax evasion charges and gun charges. Meanwhile, some Democrats have gone as far as goading the GOP to move forward with the impeachment.
"I'm not worried about impeaching the president right now," Graham said on Sunday. "You know what I'm worried about? Helping the president bring the Middle East to a better spot. Trying to convince the Arabs and the Israelis to not let Iran get you off track, give Israel the space to destroy Hamas. I'm trying to find a way forward to secure a broken border before we're attacked. That's what I'm more worried about than anything."
Graham's comments came despite his harsh criticisms of Biden in the past. The senator said in 2021 that he favored impeaching Biden over the chaotic American withdrawal from Afghanistan.
