A woman who once worked for former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani has accused him of taking Viagra "constantly," demanding sex all the time, and not taking no for an answer when she refused.

The bombshell 70-page lawsuit filed by ex-staffer Noelle Dunphy accuses Giuliani of sexual assault and workplace harassment and of demanding sex as a condition of her employment while she was working for him in 2019.

The lawsuit states that the former New York mayor "took Viagra constantly" and called on Dunphy to satisfy his sexual urges, which "came virtually anytime, anywhere."

"While working with Ms. Dunphy, Giuliani would look to Ms. Dunphy, point to his erect penis, and tell her that he could not do any work until "you take care of this," the lawsuit, filed on Monday, states.

He was also "frequently intoxicated" because he "drank morning, noon, and night," Dunphy alleged.

He would not take "no" for an answer when Dunphy objected to having sex with him, Dunphy said in the lawsuit. She said she eventually stopped protesting because he would not stop pressurizing her.

Dunphy also alleged in the lawsuit that Giuliani "often demanded oral sex while he took phone calls on speaker phone from high-profile friends and clients, including then-President Trump."

She said that Giuliani, who worked as former President Donald Trump's personal lawyer at the time, told her that he enjoyed engaging in the act while on the phone because it made him "feel like Bill Clinton."

Besides sexual assault, the lawsuit also accuses Giuliani of making sexist comments about former Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton. It states that Giuliani said he would "have to die" rather than have sex with Pelosi and "demeaned and sexualized Hillary Clinton and mocked her body."

In addition to the sexist comments, the lawsuit claims that Giuliani expressed anti-semitic sentiments. According to the filing, Giuliani once said Jewish people need to "get over the Passover" because it was "like 3,000 years ago."

The lawsuit also accuses Giuliani of having a "sexual attraction" to his 20-year-old employee and kissing her on the lips.

It further accuses Trump and Giuliani of plotting to sell presidential pardons for $2 million a piece, and Giuliani of asking Dunphy for her help in googling information about the obstruction of justice.

Dunphy is seeking $10 million in damages and unpaid wages.

Representatives for Dunphy and Giuliani did not immediately respond to Insider's requests for comment sent outside regular business hours.
