  • Simon & Schuster will release a tell-all book by President Donald Trump's niece two weeks earlier than expected.
  • "Due to high demand and extraordinary interest in this book, 'Too Much and Never Enough' by Mary L. Trump will now be published on July 14, 2020," the publishing announced in a statement Monday.
  • Mary Trump is still facing a lawsuit from the Trump family barring her from speaking publicly about the book yet, but a judge did clear it for publication back on July 1.
  • The tell-all's publication has been halted before the author is set to appear on court on July 10.
  • "The act by a sitting president to muzzle a private citizen is just the latest in a series of disturbing behaviors which have already destabilized a fractured nation in the face of a global pandemic," a spokesman for Mary Trump told CNN in a statement. "If Mary cannot comment, one can only help but wonder: what is Donald Trump so afraid of?"

The release date of a much anticipated Trump tell-all book has been moved up two weeks, Simon & Schuster announced Monday.

"Due to high demand and extraordinary interest in this book, 'Too Much and Never Enough' by Mary L. Trump will now be published on July 14, 2020," the publishing announced in a statement Monday.

Mary Trump, the president's niece, is still caught in a legal battle with the Trump family over allegedly violating a non-disclosure agreement by writing the book, barring her from speaking publicly until the matter is settled in court.

However, a New York appellate judge reversed a lower court decision last Wednesday blocking the book's publication, giving Simon & Schuster the green light to distribute it. The NDA issue was set aside for a later date.

Simon & Schuster also released the book's back cover on Monday.

"Today, Donald is much as he was at three years old: incapable of growing, learning, or evolving, unable to regulate his emotions, moderate his responses, or take in and synthesize information," the back cover reads.

It goes on to describe President Trump's relationship with his late father, Fred Sr., as abusive and inflicting upon Donald "deprivations that would scar him for life."

Several excerpts and revelations from the book have already been released.

Mary, the daughter of President Trump's late brother, Fred Jr., admits in the book that she leaked documents to the New York Times for its investigation into the president's inherited wealth and tax returns.

Mary Trump's book will also include an allegation that Donald and Fred Sr. played a role in Fred Jr.'s death by neglecting him when he needed their help, according to a Daily Beast report.

Simon & Schuster has already printed 75,000 copies of the book, according to court filings, with the tell-all already surging as one of the top selling books on Amazon.
