Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has claimed that everybody she knows is boycotting Fox News after Tucker Carlson's shock departure.

Appearing on Tuesday's episode of "Firebrand with Matt Gaetz," Greene told her GOP colleague that those in her circles had decided to shun the conservative media powerhouse following Carlson's sudden ousting on Monday.

"Everyone I've talked to has deleted the Fox News app on their phones," she said in a clip of the interview shared on Twitter by The Recount.

"People are canceling their Fox Nation subscriptions. People are saying 'I'm done with Fox,'" she added.

Fox News said on Monday that the network and Carlson, who was their top-rated host, had "agreed to part ways."

Carlson was reportedly blindsided by the decision.

Fox Corporation stock fell as much as 5% on Monday, erasing $962 million in market value.

Greene said on the podcast that Fox News had no idea "how badly they're hurting the company," while accusing the network of caving in to the "woke mob."

"They believe in canceling people and silencing their speech," Greene said. "That's what they think they're doing to Tucker Carlson. Fox News went along with it."

The Georgia lawmaker later accused the network of turning on "MAGA Republicans."

Carlson's abrupt departure sent shockwaves through MAGA circles, with the likes of Rep. Lauren Boebert and Rep. Andy Biggs tweeting that they "stand with" Carlson.

And former Fox News hosts Glenn Beck and Megyn Kelly criticized the network for cutting ties with Carlson, Insider reported.

Kelly, a former Fox News anchor who left the conservative media powerhouse in 2017, called Carlson's ousting "a terrible move" on Monday's episode of her SiriusXM program "The Megyn Kelly Show."

While Beck, who left Fox News in 2011, said on his BlazeTV program on Monday that it was a "suicidal move for Fox."

Insider contacted Fox News for comment but did not immediately receive a response.
