Utah will elect four congressional representatives, though none of the races have attracted a great deal of national interest.
Utah is also voting for a US senator, as Republican Sen. Mike Lee stands for re-election. He's squaring off against independent Evan McMullin, who ran for president as an independent during the 2016 election. Democrats, who have faced an uphill battle in the notoriously GOP state, declined to field a candidate, and McMullin has attempted to woo a coalition of disaffected Republicans, independents and Democrats.
Polls close in the state at 8 p.m. local time, or 10 p.m. EST.
