Iowa will elect four members of Congress, and three of the races — inthe 1st District, 2nd Districtand 3rd District — are seen as highly competitive in a cycle where the House of Representatives is absolutely in play.
Long-serving Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley is also pursuing re-election, as is Republican Gov. Kim Reynolds. Furthermore, the state will vote on a ballot initiative about gun rights.
Polls close in the state at 8 p.m. local time, or 9 p.m. EST.
