This cycle, all 151 of the seats in the Maine House of Representatives are up for election, and Democrats currently control the chamber by a margin of 14 seats. Also, all 35 of the seats in the Maine State Senate are up for election, and Democrats currently control the chamber by a margin of 9 seats.

The Maine House and Senate are both seen as a toss-up this cycle.
