- Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner don't work on Donald Trump's political movement anymore, Axios reported.
- They both served as senior White House advisors during his presidency.
Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are do not work on former President Donald Trump's political efforts anymore, Axios' Jonathan Swan reported.
Ivanka — Trump's daughter — and Kushner — Ivanka's husband and Trump's son-in-law — both served as senior White House advisors during his presidency.
But Axios reported that the two are no longer involved in his political efforts, and that Trump is no longer close with many Republican officials who were in his inner circle during his time in office.
Since leaving office, Trump has purged his inner circle of anyone who refuses to believe the 2020 race was stolen from him, Axios reported.
The couple have distanced themselves from Trump since his time in office, with Ivanka testifying to the January 6 committee earlier this year that she believed there was no fraud involved in her father's 2020 election loss, despite his claims.
Sources told The New York Times that neither Ivanka or Kushner believed his claims that the election was stolen. The Times also noted that Kushner stepped back from his work with Trump as the former president started to challenge the election results.
