Elon Musk has contributed nearly $75 million of his own money in the latest period to "America PAC," a super PAC that the billionaire businessman established to support former President Donald Trump, according to a document filed with the Federal Election Commission.

The new filing covers the three-month period between July 1 and September 30. No other donors were listed on the filing.

America PAC has spent nearly $96 million to support Trump and oppose Vice President Kamala Harris, along with more than $10 million to support Republican candidates across 18 different House districts. The bulk of that spending has gone toward canvassing operations and digital advertising.

Tuesday's filing offers the clearest picture yet of how much money Musk — the richest man in the world and the owner of X, Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink, and the Boring Company — is willing to spend to help Trump win the White House.

The Wall Street Journal previously reported in July that Musk would give about $45 million a month to the America PAC. Musk denied the report, stating on X that he had "not pledged anything to anyone."

In recent months, Musk has emerged as one of Trump's most fervent supporters in the business world, despite the duo's rocky history.

The billionaire businessman endorsed Trump after his attempted assassination in July, and he recently appeared alongside the former president at the very same location. He may knock on doors for Trump himself, according to The New York Times.

Trump has mused about appointing Musk to his cabinet if he wins, and the former president recently proposed creating a government-efficiency commission at Musk's suggestion.

Musk has also mused that he could face "vengeance" if Harris defeats Trump, suggesting in a recent interview with the right-wing personality Tucker Carlson that he could face imprisonment.

"If he loses, I'm fucked," Musk said of Trump. "I'm like, 'how long do you think my prison sentence is gonna be? Will, I see my children? I don't know."
