Biden says gun violence in America is 'a blemish on our character as a nation'

President Joe Biden criticized the inaction on US gun violence in a speech Thursday.
"The idea that we have so many people dying every single day from gun violence in America is a blemish on our character as a nation," he said.
Biden's actions include curbing the spread of "ghost guns" - self-assembled firearms without serial numbers.
