• President Joe Biden consoled the family of fallen Capitol Police officer Billy Evans.
• Biden addressed the family directly for much of his eulogy.
• Evans was killed in the April 3 attack on the Capitol when a driver rammed into a barricade.
• Biden picked up a toy dropped by Evans' 7-year-old daughter, Abigail.
• The president also gave a challenge coin to her 9-year-old brother, Logan.
