Nanded Assembly Election 2019 results and candidate list

Maharashtra’s Nanded Lok Sabha constituency consists of six assembly seats including Naigaon, Deglur, Mukhed, Bhokar, Nanded North, and Nanded South. Among them, five are general seats and Deglur is earmarked for SC contestants.
The Bhokar contestants for 2019 assembly polls will be Ashokrao Shankarrao Chavan of INC and Bapusaheb Gorthekar of BJP. From the Deglur seat, Shiv Sena is fielding Subhash Sabane against the INC candidate Raosaheb Jaywant Anantapurkar. BJP is fielding Tushar Rathod from the MUkhed seat. Vasantrao Balwantrao Chavan will face the elections for INC from Naigon seat. The INC is fielding DP Sawant from the Nanded North seat and the Shiv Sena is fielding Rajashree Patil from the Nanded South seats.
Maharashtra assembly constituencies will go for a single phase polling on October 21, 2019. The votes will be counted on October 24, 2019.
From the Nanded seat, Ashok Shankarrao Chavan got 81,455 votes more than the INC candidate D. B. Patil in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections and became the MP representing this constituency.
In the 2014 assembly elections for the Maharashtra Vidhan Sabha, the winner from Naigaon seat was Chavan Vasantrao Balwantrao of INC who got 10425 votes more than Rajesh Sambhaji Pawar of BJP. From the Deglur (SC) seat, SHS candidate Sabne Subhash Piraji won by getting 8648 more votes than INC candidate Antapurkar Raosaheb Jaiwanta. From the Mukhed seat, BJP’s Govind Mukkaji Rathod got 73291 votes more than INC’s Betmogarekar Patil Hanmantrao Venkatrao. The winner from the Bhokar seat was INC candidate Ameeta Ashokrao Chavan who secured 47557 votes more than BJP’s Kinhalkar Dr.Madhavrao Bhujangrao. The Nanded North winning candidate was INC’s GEN D.P.Sawant who scored 7602 votes more than BJP candidate Pandhare Sudhakar Ramrao. The winner from the Nanded South was Hemant Sriram Patil of SHS who secured 3207 votes more than Dilip Venkatrao Kandkurte of BJP.
