Delhi Election 2020: 26 candidates names axed as BJP released its first list

- As many as 26 candidates — who fought the 2015 Delhi Assembly Election — failed to get a ticket this time.
- BJP announced the names of only 57 candidates against a total of 70 vidhan sabha seats.
- Check the names of 26 BJP candidates who didn’t get a ticket this time.

The BJP released the list of candidates for the upcoming Assembly (Vidhan Sabha) Elections in Delhi. It fielded 31 new faces. As many as 26 candidates — who fought the 2015 Delhi Assembly Election — failed to get a ticket this time.BJP might go to the polls without any CM candidate. BJP announced the names of only 57 candidates against a total of 70 vidhan sabha seats. Hence, candidates for 13 lok sabha seats — Burari, Nangloi Jat, Rajouri Garden ,Hari Nagar, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi, Kasturba Gandhi, Mehrauli, Sangam Vihar, Kalkaji, Krishna Nagar, Shahdara, Seema Puri — are not announced yet.
