On Wednesday, an accuser who testified under the pseudonym "Jane" said that Maxwell and Epstein sexually abused her numerous times, starting in 1994, over the course of at least five years. Jane alleged in her testimony that Epstein and Maxwell initiated sexual abuse against her under the guise of massages, during which Epstein would use sex toys and electronic massage devices on her to the point of pain.
While Epstein's former house manager, Juan Alessi, said he did not witness any sexual misconduct, he testified on Thursday that he would clean up after each of Epstein's "massages." Alessi also said that he picked up and washed sex toys and large electronic massagers, which he then stored in a wicker basket in the closet in Maxwell's bedroom.
Maxwell has pleaded not guilty to all eight charges against her, six of which she is currently being tried for. If convicted, she faces a prison sentence of up to 80 years.
