Earning decent pay for your work can be important to many workers and job seekers, but being offered pay raises and receiving yearly bonuses are also important parts of a company's compensation. Workplace culture and career site Comparably finds just which companies have the best compensation packages, according to employees.
To get a sense of how employees feel about their company's compensation policies, Comparably asked questions about the benefits, salary, raises, bonuses, and stock or equity at the company. Anonmyous employee ratings for the above list were collected from mid-September 2020 to mid-September 2021.
According to the ratings, GoodRx ranked number one in this year's ranking for small and midsize companies, defined by Comparably has having 500 or fewer employees.
