Some people are unhappy with the benefits offered at their company, are feeling burned out, are concerned about their pay given elevated inflation, or overall just not enjoying where they are working. Reasons like these have lead to some people choosing to leave their roles.
However, Comparably's latest annual list looks at where people say they're enjoying their jobs.
The workplace review site used anonymous employee responses to create its list of the places that seem to have the happiest workers. The rankings used a year's worth of data, starting on September 14, 2021.
"Our data shows that the happiest employees are often those who feel valued by their employers through a variety of factors like competitive compensation, clear goals, work-life balance, and a general excitement working for their organizations," Jason Nazar, co-founder and CEO of Comparably, said. "The top-rated companies on our annual list succeed at meeting the needs of their workers across these very important factors."
CRM platform HubSpot was named the large company with the happiest employees in Comparably's latest workplace ranking, moving from third last year to first place this year on the large company list, while Adobe dropped from first to third. RingCentral remained second. The full list of large companies, or places with over 500 employees, can be found on Comparably.
For this year's happiest employees list for small and midsize companies, or those with 500 or fewer workers, package-tracking app-maker Route ranked number one.
The following are the 25 companies that made the large company list of places with the happiest employees. Industry and employee quotes below were provided to Insider from Comparably.
