Squarespace is the best company in the New York metro area to work for, according to Comparably's new list.
Workplace review site Comparably looked at people's responses to questions on company leadership, workplace benefits, and other topics to determine the greatest places in the metro area to work. Together, feedback and ratings came from about 20 categories, according to Comparably's methodology.
Remote workers who noted their office is in the New York metro area were included in the analysis. The ratings were from a 12-month period, starting on February 27, 2022.
Based on the methodology, Squarespace, a service that helps build websites, soared this year. It went from rounding out the top 10 last year to the very top of the ranking this year. Elsevier, Gympass, and DataArt also ranked high on the list this year, taking three of the top 10 spots for this list.
