Johnny Manziel's tumultuous run as a quarterback for the Cleveland Browns appears to be over.

A report came out that Johnny Manziel was spotted in Las Vegas on Saturday night. Even though he was not playing on Sunday due to a concussion, head coach Mike Pettine told the media the report was "disappointing" if true.

While there were questions about how big of a deal it was that Manziel was in Las Vegas when he was not going to play the next day, it turns out what did not happen on Sunday was probably worse.

According to Peter King of MMQB, the Browns require players in concussion protocol to be seem by a team doctor on Sunday morning. Manziel did not show up to that exam and the team could not reach him.

"[Manziel] didn't show up this morning to team headquarters as required by team rules," King reported on NBC. "The Browns couldn't get a hold of him during the day."

King later added on Twitter that this was likely Manziel's last straw with the Browns.

"At this point I can tell you [the] Browns are so done with the guy," King wrote. "I will be stunned if he ever plays another snap for Cleveland."

King adds that Manziel want to play for the Dallas Cowboys.

It was the Cowboys who nearly drafted Manziel prior to the Browns in the 2014 NFL Draft. Owner Jerry Jones later saying he was "still so damn mad" about being talked out of drafting Manziel months after the draft.

It will be interesting to see if Jones is still as high on Johnny Football.
