It doesn't look like the rain will let up anytime soon.
The River Seine is due to hit a peak of almost 21 feet above its normal level today, as the flood waters in Paris continue to rise. French President Francois Hollande declared a state of emergency Thursday, and the Louvre and Orsay museums have already started moving some of their priceless works to safety.
