birchboxBirchbox, a beauty subscription service, is ridiculously effective advertising for participating companies.

Sapna Maheshwari at Buzzfeed interviewed Birchbox co-founder and co-CEO Katia Beauchamp.

The company was founded in 2010 and is set to triple sales in 2013, Maheshwari reports. Birchbox quadrupled sales last year.
