Now Air India pilots want to quit because of lack of career progress

Ambitious pilots of Air India are serious about their career. It has now gone to such level that 24 co-pilots flying Boeing 787 Dreamliner, often tagged turnaround aircraft for the airlines, now wants to quit.
These co-pilots had joined Indian Airlines in 2007-08 before the merger happened with Air India and were flying Airbus A-320.

Here’s the reason why
While these pilots were plugged in the service of Dreamliner since 2012, people who joined in the same rank for Airbus A 320 have now become commanders. But they are still in the same position of co-pilots since last 5 years.
