Nikon Just Showcased The New D3300 In India

One of the first gadget showcases of the year in India comes from Nikon. The Japanese electronic major has introduced the D3300 DSLR camera here, which boasts of the new EXPEED 4 image processor. From the budget series of Nikon DSLR’s this is an upgrade to the last years Nikon D3200.The new camera comes in 3 colours with a new 18-55 mm lens that is lighter than the previous generation. As far as the megapixels are concerned, the D3300 has a 24.2 MP CMOS sensor to take the best of images. For beginners Nikon has brought back the instructive guide mode with some enhancements over the previous editions.
Other features of the camera include up to 12,800 ISO levels, Full HD movie recording, 13 special effect modes and 5 FPS continuous shooting mode. Overall the package seems to be pretty nice. The price of the camera is still undecided. However, looking at the previous generation of the DSLR and current scenario it should be somewhere around Rs 34,000 mark (with the kit lens). If the company manages to do so, then it will make the package even more desirable. Nikon also announced the D3300 will be available for sale in India by mid of February, 2014.
