NFL WEEK 17: Here are our official picks for who wins this weekend

Dec 31, 2015, 21:21 IST

It's New Year's Eve and there are bowl games to be watched so I'm jumping right into the picks. Unless I go 0-16 this week, I'll finish the regular season above .500. Feel free to congratulate me on Twitter.

Anyway, I'll be picking the playoff games, too, so be sure to check back in in the coming weeks. Thanks for reading, and happy New Year's!

[Last week: 9-7]

[Season: 120-105-7]

New York Jets (-3) @ Buffalo Bills

Rex Ryan spoiling the Jets' playoff hopes should make for an especially fun game. Still, I like FitzMagic here.

The pick: Jets -3

New England Patriots (-10.5) @ Miami Dolphins

Here's the more pressing question from the OT coin flip debacle: how on earth do the Pats win the toss so often?

The pick: Dolphins +10.5

New Orleans Saints (+4) @ Atlanta Falcons

Nothing to see here!

The pick: Falcons -4

Baltimore Ravens (+9) @ Cincinnati Bengals

AJ McCarron vs. Ryan Mallett: Happy Holidays, everyone.

The pick: Ravens +9

Pittsburgh Steelers (-10) @ Cleveland Browns

What a collapse by the Steelers last week.

The pick: Steelers -10

Jacksonville Jaguars (+6) @ Houston Texans

We're just a few weeks away from Brandon Weeden hosting a playoff game, folks!

The pick: Texans -6

Tennessee Titans (+6) @ Indianapolis Colts

Chip Kelly to the Colts!

The pick: Colts -6

Washington Redskins (+3.5) @ Dallas Cowboys

The Redskins are the best and least dysfunctional team in the NFC East. I feel sick.

The pick: Redskins -3.5

Philadelphia Eagles (+3) @ New York Giants

What a sad, sad game this will be.

The pick: Giants -3

Detroit Lions (+1) @ Chicago Bears

Absolutely nothing on the line here!

The pick: Lions -1

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (+10.5) @ Carolina Panthers

Here's a bold prediction: the Panthers don't make the NFC Championship Game.

The pick: Bucs +10.5

Oakland Raiders (+6.5) @ Kansas City Chiefs

I think Oakland can keep it close, but the Chiefs aren't losing at home this week.

The pick: Raiders +6.5

San Diego Chargers (+9) @ Denver Broncos

I think San Diego can keep it close, but the Broncos aren't losing at home this week. Actually, I don't think the Chargers can keep it close at all!

The pick: Broncos -9

Seattle Seahawks (+6.5) @ Arizona Cardinals

The Cardinals are going to the Super Bowl.

The pick: Seahawks +6.5

St. Louis Rams (-3.5) @ San Francisco 49ers

Nothing to see here!

The pick: Rams -3.5

Minnesota Vikings (+3) @ Green Bay Packers

The Packers are the most unpredictable team in the NFL and looked legitimately terrible last week. I'm guessing they win by three scores here.

The pick: Packers -3
