The NFL received a shake-up Monday afternoon with the news that Patriots running back Dion Lewis is out for the season with a torn ACL.

Though Lewis' numbers don't blow people away, he was a huge part of a dynamic Patriots offense. Despite being a running back, he had more receiving yards (388) than rushing yards (234), and was incredibly valuable as a dump-off option for Tom Brady.

According to Sporting Charts, Lewis had 337 yards after the catch, fifth-best in the NFL and second-best on the Patriots. The Patriots will miss that versatility as LeGarrette Blount, now the top running back in Foxborough, is a more bruising style running back, better for short-yardage situations.

The injury hasn't shaken up the top of our rankings yet, but with the Patriots losing one of their three most valuable offensive weapons, their grasp on the No. 1 spot - and perhaps the Super Bowl - just got a little weaker.

Check out our power rankings going into Week 10 below.
