Our five picks to cover the spread this week in the Westgate SuperContest, and some of the other best bets you can make on the Week 8 slate.
Last week we were oh so close to a great week of gambling - one more inch from the Chicago Bears, and one more point from the Buccaneers, and we could have come into Week 8 on the heels of a 4-1 week.
Unfortunately, gambling, like football, is a game of inches and close calls, and last week the fates didn't go our way.
Still, we managed a truly neutral week on our best bets, going 2-2-1 on our five picks. We're trending upwards, so let's waste no more time in our quest to win big and make a run at $1 million in the Westgate SuperContest.
