Trinamool Congress

The All India Trinamool Congress led by Mamata Banerjee has 27% candidates who have declared criminal cases, while 17% have serious cases registered against them. Samir Kumar Jana, from Patharpratima constituency, has an attempt to murder case against him.

Meanwhile other candidates like Manturam Pakhira, from Kakdwip constituency, Swapan Naskar, from Haldia, have declared criminal cases.
