Early-stage investment firm White Unicorn Ventures recently launched its first incubation co-working space ‘Unigrowth centre’ in Santacruz West, Mumbai. The investment put for the incubation center stands at $500,000. The co-working office space is an all-private suite offices can accommodate approx. six companies with a workforce of 4 to 10 people per company.

“We will be starting two more Growth Centres which will be slightly bigger and will be spread across more than 4000 sq ft. One at Powai, accommodating about 10 companies and other at Andheri West in Mumbai, added, Rohit Chokhani. Our aim is to double the capacity in the next two years”, Rohit Chokhani, Principal founder, White Unicorn Ventures said.

The Unicorn Growth Centre offers services ranging to Online Marketing, OOH Media, PR Agency, Secretarial Services, Chartered Accountancy Services, Legal Services, Treasury Management, Seed Funding and much more. Currently, the first Growth Centre houses startups including Unstockify, Blue Box Consultancy, Prime Squares, Aarchon and Nature-Nama.

White Unicorn has invested in 15 companies so far and some of them include Routofy, Shaadisaga, Justride, Unstockify, Hostelhousing, Lernr, Carcrew amongst others. White Unicorn Ventures has planned to invest around $20 million in early-stage start-ups this year. The company also aims to spend up to $5 million by the end of 2016.
