Michigan State Police (MSP) confirmed the shooting around 2:30 p.m. Monday afternoon according to WZZM, an ABC-affiliated television station located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Michigan State Police and the Berrien County Sherriff's Department confirmed the shooting to Reuters as well.
At least three people are reportedly dead and one injured, an employee at the county prosecutor's office, who wished to remain anonymous, told WZZM. The employee told WZZM that the people dead are two court bailiffs and the shooter. A Berien County Commissioner also said that three people have been killed, according to ABC57 News.

The commissioner told ABC57 reporter Vahid Sadrzadeh that the shooter was a man on his way to jail who took a gun off an officer and began shooting.
Police have yet to confirm any of the details about the shooting.
