Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani is going to make some big announcements today and it is likely he will extend Reliance Jio freebies.

In December, Ambani had extended its Reliance Jio offer till March 31, 2017, terming it as Happy New Year offer.

Meanwhile, Reliance Jio touched 100 million customers. When Ambani had launched Reliance Jio, he said Jio will become fastest company to get 100 million customers on board.

Besides, there are also speculations Ambani will unveil 4G VoLTE enabled feature phone.

It is likely he will announce Jio LYF feature phone and its pricing is expected to disrupt the feature phone market.

If Ambani launches the feature phone at dirt cheap prices, he will not only become the king in the segment, Ambani will also disrupt the market.

In India, 70% of phone sales are feature phones.

He might also talk about Jio Payments Bank which is expected to be launched anytime in this month or before March. So far, Paytm and Airtel have launched their payment banks.
