Motorola Set To Bring Moto G2, X+1 And Moto 360 To India
Tech2 min read
We're gearing up for an enthralling week with Apple, Motorola, Samsung and the who's who of tech arena making their bow at the IFA 2014 happening in Berlin later this week. In addition to this, Apple and Motorola will be announcing their set of products for this year at the world's leading trade show.

While Apple is holding a US-only launch event on September 9, Motorola has decided to host a same launch event in varied countries, including India. The Moto G maker has sent out invites for its press event on September 5. It is highly believed that the company will be bringing its entire product catalog to India, which has been openly communicated by the brand to the global media. What this basically means is, Motorola has lined up Moto G2, Moto X+1, and the highly anticipated Moto 360 smartwatch for their Indian debut and these will be amongst us this week.

Incessant leaks and speculation have been doing the rounds across web portals over the past couple of weeks. Once Motorola announces its next range of Moto products, all these rumours can be put to rest. Moto G2 will be succeeding the affordable Moto G that has instigated an affordable smartphone revolution of sorts and expected to take the competition to next level.

The Moto G2 will be sporting a bigger 5 inch display and boarder set of hardware as well, that more or less will end up hiking the price of this Moto G upgrade. But with Xiaomi playing its price card, right on the money, we can expect few surprises from Motorola as well, if recent past has anything to suggest. Moto X+1 is also among this line up and will come across as the one-up to Moto X, Motorola's first device after making its re-entry last year. This one should be bigger than Moto X, better display, bumped up cameras and some intuitive features.

But what interests us the most is the fact that Motorola has decided to bring its Moto 360 to the country as well and we did not see that coming. Moto 360 is a circular-shaped Androidwear running smartwatch loaded with features like taking calls, getting message notifications and music playback control among others. Stay tuned for more on the Motorola gadgets coming to India this week.
