Exactly a year after the famous promise of ‘Acche din’ (good days) Modi and his men are bequeathed with a quintessential task. Modi and his men had taken to social media big time and they still continue to do, justifying Modi’s actions and decisions. That’s a telling sign of things not having gone as expected. Modi promised miracles, and the industry and citizens are yet to see even a small magic happen on the homeland. Was it all fake then? Not just yet, since Modi has a good four years to change the perception about himself as a Prime Minister.
On the occasion of Modi having completed one year as the Prime Minister of India, in a closely pitched battle which saw Modi tsunami wash across India; it would be a good exercise to understand how many goals were achieved in the meantime, as against those which were missed.
