The Nifty Microcap 250 index has surged by around 35% in CY24, while the Nifty50 index has gained 10% over the same period. Interestingly, 29 of the 250 stocks in the microcap index have become multibaggers in CY24, and 143 stocks have outperformed the Nifty Microcap index. The analysis shows that many of these stocks have delivered strong returns in CY24. We focus on 12 stocks that have risen by over 100%, which are widely held in mutual fund portfolios across more than 20 schemes, boosting investor confidence as MFs typically conduct thorough research before investing.
