In January 2025, mutual funds (MFs) maintained their positive outlook on Indian equities, despite market weakness and volatility, as demonstrated by their net investments of around Rs 55,073 crore. ETMarkets analysis highlighted that seven stocks were part of the portfolios of over 20 MFs in January 2025, compared to December 2024. Of these, four stocks have shown share price returns ranging from 25% to 110% in FY25 so far, with two delivering double-digit gains, while one stock saw a 27% decline.
