Markets Rebound From Lows Of The Day

There were no major changes since September.

However, the Fed did note that the economy continues to improve despite fiscal retrenchment.

It's worth noting that the Fed removed comments about tighter financial conditions in the economy, which was one of the key reasons why it refrained from tapering its quantitative easing program in September.

Markets were sliding ahead of the announcement, but now they are unchanged for the day.
