The ECB just cut rates. The benchmark rate has been cut to 0.15%, the deposit facility -0.10%.Markets aren't doing much following the decision, as the rate cuts had been expected.
U.S. futures are a little higher and European stocks are near their best levels but near where they had been ahead of the decision.
The euro is weakening some against the dollar, but still near $1.36.
