<p>But markets have caught a bit of a bid, perhaps thanks in part to some strong European data indicating <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/european-recession-ending-2013-7">that the recession is coming to an end</a>.</p>
<p>US futures are now green, and European stocks have extended their rally.</p>
<p>Germany is up 0.6%, and Italy is up 0.7%, which is right at its highs of the day.</p>
