Markets Are On The Rise

Earlier in the day, markets were pretty flat.

But markets have caught a bit of a bid, perhaps thanks in part to some strong European data indicating that the recession is coming to an end.
US futures are now green, and European stocks have extended their rally.
Germany is up 0.6%, and Italy is up 0.7%, which is right at its highs of the day.
