Michael McDonough, an economist at Bloomberg BRIEF, took a look at the price-to-earnings ratios across 40 national MCSI indexes. It turns out that Ireland, Philippines and Colombia have the most expensive markets in the world, while Argentina, Egypt and Hungary have the cheapest.
