Lululemon has become so common that shopping there might not seem as prestigious as it used to.

Enter Lululemon Lab.

The concept has been around in Vancouver since 2009, but the athleisure company just launched a store in Lower Manhattan.

It's experimental, streamlined, minimalist, and dramatic - think: lots of black.

Consider it Lululemon's cooler older sister who lives in the Lower East Side.
