Lok Sabha Election 2019: Polling dates for Nagaland

India’s Election Commission announced dates for the country’s 17th Lok Sabha elections on March 10. Polling will be in seven phases starting, April 11. The votes will be counted on May 23 and will decide the fate of major political parties in India.
In 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Nagaland will vote in a single-phased election.
Presently, the chief minister of Nagaland is Neiphiu Rio of the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party.
Simultaneous assembly elections will also be held in Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim. Polling in Odisha will take place in four phases on April 11, 18, 23 and 29. The other three will vote on April 11.
