Lok sabha Election 2019: BJP Candidate list for Odisha

BJP has nominated the retired IPS officer Prakash Mishra to contest from Cuttack Lok Sabha constituency. At present this seat is held by BJD candidate Bhartruhari Mahtab. Mishra had joined the BJP only recently and he will lock horns with the BJD candidate Achyuta Samant, a Rajya Sabha Member and an edu-entrepreneur. Also, BJP has announced that the former MP Kharabela Swain will contest from the Khandamal Lok Sabha constituency. Swain had been elected as BJP candidate from Balasore three times. He had left the party 10 years back to form his own party Utkal Bharat.
