Lok Sabha Election 2019: AGP Candidate list for Assam

On behalf of the AGP, Zavad Islam will contest from Dhubri and Kumar Deepak Das will fight from Barpeta Lok Sabha constituencies. The announcement about these candidates by the party follows after the Congress party announced its list. BJP and AGP have entered into a pre-poll alliance and as a result of the talks between both these parties, the BJP has left the Barpeta and Dhubri seats to its ally AGP. In the Dhubri Lok Sabha constituency there will be a triangular contest between Badruddin Ajmal of AIUDF, Abu Taher Bepari of Congress and Zaved Islam of AGP.
