We're waiting for Yahoo earnings to hit. They should be out momentarily.

This post is being updated as we go. Either refresh the page, or click here for the latest.

Analysts are expecting $1.08 billion in revenue and $0.38 EPS.

If Yahoo meets expectations, then revenue will down 5% on a year-over-year basis. EPS would be up, though.

This is the second year of Marissa Mayer's run as CEO. The stock has more than doubled over that time. It's around $35.49, up from $15.60 when she started.

However, that stock growth is based almost entirely on the success of Alibaba, a Chinese Internet giant, which Yahoo owns a stake of. Yahoo was the only way to invest in Alibaba for a public investor. Alibaba is about to IPO, which means (in theory) that it's time for Yahoo deliver its own results.

So far, Mayer has failed to grow revenue at Yahoo. We'll see if she has a plan for fixing that tonight.
