The original cronut is finally coming to London.

Dominique Ansel, the creator of the cult croissant-donut hybrid snack, is opening a London store on Friday.

His invention has proved wildly popular in New York, spawning countless imitators - and now it's going international.

Business Insider UK is outside the Elizabeth Street store for the grand opening at 8 a.m., and we're livestreaming the whole thing on Facebook Live. You can watch it on our Facebook page.
