LIVE: Microsoft Earnings!

Numbers analysts are looking for:
- Revenue: $17.79 billion
- EPS: $0.54
Microsoft is changing how it reports earnings this quarter. Instead of breaking out Windows, Business Division, Online Services, Servers & Tools, and Entertainment and Devices, it will report Devices and Consumer, and Commercial. Within those two headings, there will be five subdivisions. This is part of the Microsoft reorg.
We are supposed to get more color on the Surface business during this earnings report, which will be interesting.
We're not expecting any information on the CEO search to replace Steve Ballmer.
