JPMorgan Chase kicks off the fourth quarter earnings season for big financials today.

On average, analysts expect the bank to report earnings per share of $1.368 (adjusted), according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

The bank is expected to post sales of $24.083 billion.

The results are expected to come out at 7 a.m. EST.
