Heads up! We are minutes away from Intel's third-quarter earnings report, due out after the closing bell at 4 PM ET.

Analysts expect the chipmaker to report earnings of $0.54 per share, down 9.4% from Q3 2012. Revenues are expected to come in at $13.45 billion, unchanged from last year.
