GlassdoorHeads up! Minutes away from the release of Intel's second quarter earnings report, due out at 4:01 PM ET.

Analysts expect the chipmaker to report adjusted earnings of $0.42 per share on revenues of $12.89 billion, down from $0.50 and $13.5 billion a year ago, respectively.
