Google CEO Larry Page.

Google will report its earnings for last quarter following the closing bell at 4 p.m. eastern today.

We'll have the numbers as soon as they come in, so refresh this post to make sure you're getting the latest.

In the meantime, here's a quick breakdown of what we're expecting:

Analysts agree that revenue will grow significantly, up 20% year over year, according to Morgan Stanley. YouTube reportedly had a strong quarter too, revenues-wise.

We're also expecting an update on Android device activations, and maybe even some hints about Motorola's next smartphone, the Moto X.

More to come as the news hits. Stay tuned!
